West Woodburn lies in the deep valley of the Rede on the A68. This road largely follows the line of Dere Street, the Roman Road from York to Scotland and is the ideal holiday location for everyone: couples looking for a peaceful getaway, families, walking groups, cyclists, other outdoor types and of course, angling enthusiasts.
